Hello, I’m Baldwin
I’m so glad you found me!
I’m here to help you find answers and explore solutions that allow you to manage your chronic digestive or autoimmune condition.
My Background
I’m a Mobile, AL-based registered dietitian, integrative nutritionist, and health coach with a passion for helping people improve their gut health and manage autoimmune diseases. My clients might describe me as a combination of a food expert, science geek, detective, and cheerleader.
Since the start of my career, I’ve loved to learn, teach, and inspire people. And I hope I’ll never stop. For the past 30 years, I’ve had the privilege of working with the organization Can Do Multiple Sclerosis, a medical education program that has changed the lives of people with MS by providing them with the tools to take control of their healthcare and improve their wellbeing.
I’ve also spent 20 years teaching nutrition students and supervising their clinical nutrition experiences at colleges, universities, and hospitals across the country. Now, I am fortunate to be able to combine all of my experience and passion to do what I love most — helping my clients manage chronic illnesses and live healthier, happier, more vital lives.
My clients appreciate that they can talk to me about their health concerns, and I take the time to listen and help. I work hard to personalize every holistic treatment plan and meet my clients where they are in terms of their diet, lifestyle, physical activity level, and the changes they believe they can make. Nothing makes me happier than helping my clients understand how all the parts of their life impact their health. I’m rewarded each time I see someone discover their path to wellness and start living the life they’ve missed for so long.
I Bet You Didn’t Know…

When I lived and worked in North Carolina, I took care of a farm load of animals, including goats, chickens, rabbits, dogs, a pig, and a cat.

While teaching at LSU, I danced in elaborate costumes, with the Crewe of Yazoo in the yearly Mardi Gras parade and lived in the French Quarter!

I live in a historic home with an AirBnB and I really enjoy meeting new friends from all over the country.

I’ve run the Pike’s Peak Marathon 8 times as well as many other races around the country.
